Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy

This journal recognizes that artificial intelligence (AI) tools may be used to support academic writing and research preparation. However, AI tools must be used responsibly, transparently, and ethically.

Use of AI Tools by Authors

Authors may use AI tools to improve language, grammar, readability, or formatting of their manuscripts. However, AI tools must not be used to replace the author’s intellectual contribution, critical analysis, interpretation, or scholarly judgment.

Author Responsibility

Authors are fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity, and validity of the content submitted to this journal. Any errors, inaccuracies, fabricated references, manipulated data, or misleading statements generated by AI tools remain the responsibility of the authors.

Disclosure of AI Use

If AI tools are used in the preparation of a manuscript, authors must disclose this use in the manuscript, preferably in the acknowledgment section or a separate disclosure statement. The disclosure should include the name of the AI tool and the purpose for which it was used.

Prohibition of AI Authorship

AI tools cannot be listed as authors or co-authors. Authorship is limited to individuals who have made substantial intellectual contributions and are accountable for the work.

Use of AI in Data and References

Authors must not use AI tools to fabricate data, images, citations, references, or research findings. All references and factual statements must be verified by the authors before submission.

Editorial and Review Process

Editors and reviewers must not upload submitted manuscripts or confidential review materials into public AI tools or platforms that may store, reuse, or disclose such content. The confidentiality of the peer-review process must be maintained at all times.

Ethical Breaches

Undisclosed, inappropriate, or unethical use of AI tools may be treated as a breach of publication ethics and may result in rejection, correction, retraction, or other editorial actions in accordance with the journal’s publication ethics policy.
