Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Authors are required to carefully follow these guidelines before submitting their manuscripts. Manuscripts that do not comply with these requirements may be returned without review.

Submission Process

Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system (OJS). Authors are required to register, log in, and follow the submission steps provided on the platform.

All submissions will undergo an initial editorial screening before being processed for peer review. For detailed information about the review process, please refer to the Peer Review Process.

Manuscript Preparation

Abstract

The abstract should be written in Times New Roman (12 pt) and should not exceed 300 words. It must clearly state the background, research objectives, methodology, and key findings.

Keywords: Provide 3–5 keywords arranged alphabetically and separated by semicolons (;).

Introduction

The introduction should present the research problem, background, and objectives. Authors must highlight gaps in previous studies and clearly state the novelty and significance of the research.

Methodology

This section should clearly describe the research design, data sources, data collection methods, and analytical techniques used in the study. Authors must provide sufficient detail to allow the research to be replicated.

If applicable, authors should also include information regarding research instruments, sampling techniques, and ethical considerations.

Results and Discussion

This section should present and interpret the findings. Authors are encouraged to compare their results with previous studies and explain their contribution to the field.

Tables and Figures

Tables and figures must be clearly labeled and centered. Figures should have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Tables should follow an open format without vertical lines.

Conclusion

The conclusion should summarize key findings and answer the research objectives. Avoid repetition of the abstract and provide implications or recommendations.

Acknowledgments (Optional)

Authors may acknowledge funding sources, institutional support, and individuals who contributed to the research.

References

The journal uses APA Style. All references cited in the text must be listed alphabetically in the reference section. Authors are encouraged to use reference management tools such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote.

Article Types

  • Research Articles: Original research with complete methodology and analysis.
  • Review Articles: Critical analysis of existing literature.

Submission Requirements

  • The manuscript must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • The submission file must be in Microsoft Word or compatible format.
  • The manuscript must follow the journal template.
  • All references must include complete bibliographic information.
  • Where possible, DOI or URL must be provided.

Author Responsibilities and Ethics

Authors must ensure originality, avoid plagiarism, and properly cite all sources. Manuscripts containing plagiarism, data fabrication, or unethical practices will be rejected.

Authors must disclose conflicts of interest and acknowledge funding sources.

The journal screens all submissions using plagiarism detection tools.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy

Authors may use AI tools only for language editing and formatting. The use of AI must be disclosed in the manuscript. AI tools cannot be listed as authors, and authors remain fully responsible for the content.

Authors retain copyright of their work. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
