Article Prosessing Charge

LAW & PASS: International Journal of Law, Public Administration and Social Studies applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to support the editorial process and publication of accepted manuscripts.

The APC policy is as follows:

• Submission Fee: Free of charge
• Publication Fee (APC): IDR 700,000 per accepted article

The APC is only charged after the manuscript has been accepted for publication following the peer-review process.

This fee covers:

• Peer-review and editorial processes
• Copyediting and layout editing
• Online publication (open access)
• Journal management and digital archiving

All published articles are made available under open access, allowing readers to access and download the content freely without any subscription fees.

Waiver Policy

The journal may grant partial or full waivers of the Article Processing Charge (APC) for authors from low-income countries or in special circumstances. Waiver requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the editorial board.

Authors may request a waiver at the time of submission by contacting the editorial office.
